The telecom downturn and the high-tech employment drought in the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex may have a silver lining for the Metroplex economy due to the vision of local high-tech organizations. The leaders of several local high-tech organizations have formed an alliance to address the challenge of the availability of many unemployed, underemployed and uncertainly employed people in the Metroplex.
